[Resolved] Loop Mobile — Overbilling and Blocking of outgoing call service | |||
The Postpaid bill for the billing cycle 17/09/2014 to 16/10/2014 had been received for an amount of Rs.1576 which was unusually higher than what was generally received for previous billing cycles when the network and data usage were within the tariff plan limits. I believe that there has been some miscalculation in the processing of the bill which has caused this error. The service provider now has shut the outgoing mobile service to networks other than loop mobile for this number due to "non-payment of dues" as can be heard from the recorded message while making such calls. When enquired about this issue at the customer care, it was replied that the inconvenience was due to server breakdown.
