WHEN I CALLED LOOP MOBILE GALLERY ON THE NUMBER 198 TO ACTIVATE ROAMING SERVICE AS PER TELEPHONIC COMMUNICATION FROM NEXT BILLING CYCLE BUT THEY ACTIVATED IT IN THAT PARTICULAR MONTHS BILL AND THEY CHARGED ME SO BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE WHY SHOULD I PAY EXTRA BILL FOR THAT
