Loop Mobile — Regarding stopping of outgoing call service and internet package

I, Miss Ashwini Teli is a loop service user through Government plan. Contact No: [protected]. My plan includes 49 Rs Rental, loop to loop free lifetime, loop to other 30 paise, 100 minutes free, 200 sms free. I had a word with Mr. Tauheer Patel on 23.06.2014 regarding my internet plan. He suggested to take the Rs.99 plan for unlimited internet and he said that he would activate in 4 hours. On 25.06.2014 I received a message regarding crossing my limit for internet usage and that I have to pay Rs.400 extra for that and also on the same day my outgoing call service was stopped. I gave a call to the call center and they suggested that after i clear the payment my service would be activated. I went to the service center at Mulund on 25.06.2014. There Mr. Sarwar told me that he would increase my limit to 1000 and he asked me to pay Rs.400 and told me that Rs.400 would be adjusted in my future payments. He also assured me that I can use my internet service. However again on 28.06.2014 I again received a message telling that I have crossed my limit and I have to pay Rs.375/-. Again I gave a call to the call center. There she told me that my net plan is not still activated and my limit is also not extended to 1000. She told me that I am using internet through default. She assured that she would activate my 99 plan in 4 hours and she was going to highlight my number in their system so that I would receive a message on Monday regarding my usage and it was activated and I can use it unlimited. I went to the Mulund gallery on 28.06.2014 and they informed me that they have already sent the request for increasing the limit. They also told me that I can use my internet. Again on 29.06.2014 I received a message again that my outgoing is stopped and I have to pay Rs.452/-.On 30.06.2014 I again gave a call to the call center and Ms. Aarti informed that your limit is still not extended and only my 99 plan was activated and till I pay the amount my outgoing would not be started. Please tell me that where have I gone wrong and why should i shell out extra money from my pocket without any fault of mine? This mistake is on your side only and i am feeling helpless about the whole issue and I am not getting any help from anyone. Please do the needful at the earliest.

We have outcalled the customer and informed that the Trunet Starter pack was activated on 28/06/2014 and as per the said pack we have charged the rental @Rs.98/- and the same will be charged on a monthly basis till the Trunet starter pack is active. We have enhanced the credit limit upto Rs.1000/-. We have also kept the upcoming invoice dated 04/07/2014 on trace to rerate the GPRS charges levied as per Trunet propack.
