Loop Mobile — security deposit of Rs. 3,000/- not refunded

I have not yet received the security deposit of Rs. 3, 000/- from loop mobile number [protected].. On 20th november 2014 loop mobile gallery (santacruz branch) customer care executive told me that the security deposit will be sent by mail in 45 working days. Today 7th March 2015 security deposit is not yet received & there is no way to contact loop mobile. No valid phone number/email address/working office. Please help. Parasram Deepchand Nanwani
