Loop Mobile — special number charges related

my loop mobile number is [protected]...from the past 3 months i am geting my loop bills very high due to a service called as special number under category value added services...i was not aware of this thing and it was not activated by me...i hav spoken to customer care and have deactivated it and i expect no charges to be deducted from my account from further future bills or i have to take action against it...i have spoken to a person called as manjeeth and he gave me the response that it has been deactivated...looking for a better service further...
