Loop Mobile — special number sms charges

my loop mobile number is [protected]...from the past 3 months i am getting my loop bills very high due to a service called as special number under category value added services...i was not aware of this thing and it was not activated by me...i have spoken to customer care and have deactivated it and i expect no charges to be deducted from my account from further future bills or i have to take action against it...i have spoken to a customer care person and he gave me the response that it has been deactivated...one month special charges deduct from feb bill that rupees 56 but month of dec & jan bill the amount of special number sms i.e Rs 100 & 110 till not refunded me. so plz take necessary & quick action
