Loop Mobile — to 2in time presseriues to submit KYC

I am 10yrs old ur customer and having this no from last 10 yrs and paid everymonth bill regularly then also ur loop moblie team pressure me for kyc documents and they also disconect my outgoing calls and internet facilities and from last 2 days they stop incoiing calls also and i already inform that pls give me my old documents and i am ready to give u new documents...they harrest me intensnaly...pls note that and give me positive reply.. thanks n regards..
