Loop Mobile — Warranty

I brought a refurbished watch from loop mobile through Amazon uk it worked well for several months then stopped working I returned to loop mobile they returned message to me saying not under warranty as I had opened the watch which I never I am a 67 year old lady and have no idea what to do with it if I opened it they then returned a message saying damaged in transit which I don’t believe they are just trying not to honour warranty in my opinion please can you help they sent back watch to me and it’s completely open that is not how I sent it
