I have placed a order on lootshop.In but order has not delivered yet. Customer service number was not working. Not able to track my order. Will someone help me in this issue. I got a call from quality assurance team of lootshop.in company on non-banking working day regarding refund. But there are asking me the complete debit card details for refund where I don't have any trust on them so rejected it. So there said in regular bank working days there will done through normal transfer. But now even that number is also not working.

I have purchased an item Lenovo k4 note(black 16GB) on 21st March 2016 in lootshop.in, But still I didn't receive the item. I have tried many times their customer care number([protected]) . But the are not picking up the call . I have pay card payment spent Rs7, 098. my order no 2241
