I am KIRAN from Bangalore, I purchased Samsung J7 on lootshop.in my order no 470 dated 14/03/2016 is booked, i got confirmation mail from them also i made payment 9098. after a week i spoke with([protected]) this No they said your product will be Delivered within 12 working days. now that above mentioned no people not picking call, How can i get my product OR refund the money ?
Pl help me in this matter i don't know what to do i have a proof of Payment slip and order copy.
please do needful
