Lords — Pathetic quality pair of shoes

Good evening!

This is Roshni Shah from Mumbai.

I had purchased few pairs of shoes from Lords outlet - Andheri west be side Metro outlet on SV road opp Shoppers stop thinking that it's an brand so quality will be best.

Attached are some photos of my shoes I'm wearing now in just 1 -2 months this is condition of the shoes..

Once I had repaired from your shop in Andheri West but again it got tone.

Then I repaired from my local cobbler and wearing it and not the condition is such that soul of the shoes are in such bad condition...

I'm not a worker that my shoe condition will become such..

I have paid 1500 for this shoes whose actual price was 3000+ and this is the quality you supply?

Shame on the quality you supply sir, you take huge money but such poor quality.

Please let me know how you will compensate for this???
