I booked a room to your hotel at Lord’s plaza Jaipur, Sawai ramsingh road via agoda on 14th June
I wanted to compain about the utter misbehaviour and unprofessional attitude of your staff at the hotel. Especially MR. HITESH SHARMA.
He has no etiquettes to talk to people especially women.
He behaves as if he’s a goon
He even threatened me at the hotel.
I was with a lady and he started being rude to her as well.
He should be set right. This kind of behavior is not at all acceptable.
I could’ve written 100s of social media posts but this should be looked into.

You work in the hospitality business. This is totally unacceptable at any cost. Who is he to even talk to me like this. Does he own the place?

I would request you to take stringent action against this person. Mr. HITESH SHARMA.

He had the audacity to tell me “bhais mat karo” and “ jo karna hai kar lena”

He should be fired immediately if you ask me. Still i leave it upon you.

I informed you that I was bought lords slipper chappal from andheri west branch the cost of rupees is 2500 but quality was very very poor. Chappal soul was as it is but chappal color spread in my leg foot with black and green color. If you people are not taking serious so I will escalate to higher ups.

I had bought a pair of sandals worth 1700 and the sole started getting torn within 3 months of buying. I had give the pair to get it fixed and they have failed to return it more than a month's time. Very bad customer service. waste of money. I had also bought a pair before buying this from Lords itself, even that got torn within 4 months. Bad quality products are provided by this company.
