Loren Store — recd. wrong & cheap quality product from loren store delhi

I ordered a combo of sony wireless earphone, of price rs, 1850 with respect to this. I received a wrong local dummy product of jbl which is very cheap quality & packing is not good on dtd.03.05.2019

This is unethical and the number-[protected] and address provided of loren store on the box is switched off.

According to the guidelines of return back product it will expire after 2 days.

I want my real product or return my money of rs.1850/-
