Loren Store — bose speakers and wireless earbuds

I have placed an order for the Bose Speakers & earbuds from the Loren Store, Delhi with the order id - [protected]. The product was shipped to ITC LTD. 2Lee Road, sreepally, bhowanipur, Kolkata- 700020. I paid ₹1880 on delivery but I have received a false product with a bad quality speaker and no earbuds.
I want to return the product.Please help me to get my money back.

I order a bluetooth headset of sony I got an old JBL headset that is also not in a working condition of 500 rs I want to return this headset but customer care number is not working
