Lotus Electronics — Defective product and no service

Lotus has worst customer services, they never deliver their promise,
I bought 2 Refrigerator from Lotus and 1 of them had issue with the lock from day1. They committed to resolve it in a day or 2 and it is being 20 days, no action being taken, in-spite of 20 calls and 3 visit.

Another problem was they told me not to open new refrigerator as they will send company guys to open and give demo, but in real noone showed up for 5 days and 10 followup and at last they told for 1 door their would be no visit.

Always give assurance but no service provided.

Worst service center ever.

I have audio proof of their communication which happened 2 weeks back, still no action and service.

I have purchase 1.5 ton 5 star o general air condioner from lotus electronics bilaspur chattisgarh on 24 may 2017 from day one sound problem in air condioner continuesely i have 3 time complain in company for sound problem in my new purchased o general air condioner but company not solve my problem

I have purchased the hitachi 1.5 ton inverter AC from lotus rajendra nagar raipur on 17th April 2018.
The delivery was made on the nexy day that is on 18th April and the intallation for the same is getting delayed by 2 days. I have personally called lotus electronics manier times. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
