The Sales Team Looked Like In A Hurry To Sell Me This Piece. They Tried To Advertise All The Best Possible Features Of This Product. Having Brought Home. We Discovered That The Brand New Laptop Hangs. The Touch On The Screen Sometimes Freezes. It Stops Working. I Went Back To The Store Informed Them About All This. First Of All They Were Rude, Second Having Sent It To The Customer Care Team . I Was Told That The Team Is Not Diagnosing Because The Warranty And Guarantee Of The Device Was Not Done. Clearly I Was Sold A Product Without Looking Into Its Guarantee And Warranty. Taking A Follow Up From Them Is A Hassle. And The Biggest Fraud These Guys Did Is They Charged Me Enormous Extra Amount. They Sold Me This As 78000 . Though Every Other Retailer Is Selling This At Eleven Thousand Less At Least. The Sales Guy Begged Me To But Anti Virus . He Made Me Talk To This Retailer Named PARSHVARAM ENTERPRISE. He Sold Me Quick Heal Total Security For A Net Amount Of 1100. The Real Price Of This Is 600 Something. I Can’t Believe LOTUS BHOPAL KOHEFIZA Is Such A Fraudster.

I had purchased an air conditioner 1 day back and the installation team was not able to install it due to technical issues. I requested lotus electronics to take return o[censored]npacked sealed ac, however they refused to take the product return

Worst refurbished products... Cheat customer take more money and poor customer services gives second hand products...
We purchased a fridge at first time they delivered the one which had dent on the door second time the light of the chiller was not working and third time they delivered every single minute it produces a sound its so noisy so irritating feels like the fridge will burst.

They did not even bothered and...

२२ मई २०१९ लोटस महू नाका शो रूम से६५ लीटर ओरिएंट कूलर ख़रीदा डिलीवरी के बाद पानी लीकेज हो रहा तुरंत कंप्लेंट करने के उपरान्त आज ५ दिन हो गए अभी तक समस्या समाधान नहीं किया है पर्सनल शो रूम पर कंप्लेंट करने पर भी समस्या का समाधान नहीं किया है इस तरह मानसिक और आर्थिक तनाव पर हमे लीगल ही कोई एक्शन लेना होगा हर रोज ये जवाब दे रहे है आज हो जायेगा
शायद ग्राहक परेशान करते है तो लोटस से सामन खरीदने से पहले सोचना जरूर

I have got ispreet madam mob. No (+91 [protected]) from lotus employee she managing services i have talk her about my problem. She replied i will inform you shortly. But now she can't recieved my call from 3 days.
They said last year videocon company was down due to high loss and both companies is in partnership so we can't provide services now.

Dear team it is my humble request you to please contact me and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Please do the needful on higher priority.

Sir today at around 8:00pm we bought newly purchased sony DAV TZ145 home theatre system and when we unboxed it we found one of the components missing that was HDMI CABLE AS PRESCIBED in the manual
Also the service person and the store keeper didn't check the item before delivery and dropped at home and gone away without proper installation and checking and abused us saying that if we didn't give them extra money they Will not cooperate or help in installation of products or checking of products
I want you all to take our complaints seriously

I have bought Eureka Forbes water purified from Lotus vijay nagar indore, but now it is faulty last one month but Eureka forbes giving poor response not responding Please replace my product or return my money ...This is responsibilty of lotus company warentty will be expired on today but no one responding i have also call to indore eureka forbes and agra eureka forbes but i am getting poor reponses

Lotus has worst customer services, they never deliver their promise,
I bought 2 Refrigerator from Lotus and 1 of them had issue with the lock from day1. They committed to resolve it in a day or 2 and it is being 20 days, no action being taken, in-spite of 20 calls and 3 visit.

Another problem was they told me not to open new refrigerator as they will send company guys to open and give demo, but in real noone showed...

I have purchased a new Samsung Invertor AC on 14th of June it was delivered the next day and while the installation a fault was discovered in the fan motor of the new AC. On reporting the problem to the company they diverted the issue to Samsung service centre.
