[Resolved] Lovenwishes — gift not delivered/no refund after 2 months

I am working at at united arab emirates. My order number lw269777. They failed to deliver the order. The supposed delivery date was april 6th. I have called them several times. Now as i am writing, its over two months. Still they are saying refund is on process. I even have their call records. Is there a way to teach them a lesson? I have researched a bit on this company and this is what i got.
