Refund...

Never ever order from this website... I had ordered gifts and cake for my dads birthday. I had chosen blackforest cake, a saras statue and a card. All together it came up to 1700.. Only the cake got delivered and it was a normal tea cake with cream.. This happened some three years ago.. I complained i mailed them up.. No response.. Still they keep sending reminder mails to order again......

I ordered some diwali sweet through lovenwishes on october 23. After couple of minutes i decided to cancel the order. So that i contacted the customer care for the refund. They said that the refund is proceed now and it will take couple of days. After one month i didn't received any refund so i called them again. Then they said that due to i am payed through paypal it will take time but will refund into my paypal account within next 5 business...

Worst company... Cheat and fraud.. Do not buy anything.. I have ordered during valentine’s day and paid extra for the same day delivery. They said they couldn’t deliver it... So i have cancelled the order and they sent mails saying the money would be refunded in 2 or 3 days.. It has been 8 months since i ordered but my money has not been given back... On the day of delivery (25-apr-2019) at noon an email is received asking for delivery charges as the address is far from main city.
Tried the contact number provided in email to get the details but no one picks the phone, so i provided my number over email to get a call back.
An acknowledgement is received that i will be getting a call back.

Shame on you people.
You guys don't have any ethics. Youtake money from customers, don't make delivery giving ridiculous reasons and then don't return the money. People believe in organizations like you to get their delivery done on time. You play with their emotions and on top of it don't return the money back.
It's high time someone cracks a whip on you guys....

My order was not delivered and i was told after my inquiry that they do not deliver in that location.
The amount was inr 845/-

The amount has still not been refunded to me and no one has updated me regarding it.

I ordered set of orchid's on aug 14th once i confirmed that orchid's could be delivered to that location by their customer executive.
Once order placed, they said orchid's cannot be delivered to that location and asked me to replace them with roses.
