LPG Subsidy — payment on hold

My name is padala padmavati, my aadhar no is:[protected]. My aadhar was linked with both bank and hp gas, but subsidy amount (From october 2016 to till now) was not credited in my bank account due to payment on hold.
Please resolve the issue and suggest me what i have to do further.
