I ordered for 1tb hard drive an amount of 3257.98Rs/- on 4th June 2020 but till now I have not received my shipment or refund yet I tried to contact to customer care but no reply from them. That's why I mailed them several times. Despite this kind of constant request, I did not get any favorable reply during this 79 days.I enclosing my order details herewith in form of snapshot.thank you.

They always just replied in same words, "Lt Online Store Because of less staff we were not able to reply your mails we are trying are best to minimize the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble . We have equipped our departments with more staffs and with some days your shipments shall be dispatched for delivery ." They never called me regarding this issue. the company's email address is india@itonlinestore. in pls help me.
