I was shipped 703 black and color cartridge on 1st February 2024 which I received. Today, when I opened to use the cartridge and installed them, to my dismay। the color cartridge is showing full level, but is not printing. Can I expect replacement of the same ?

    Bought a wifi, but only its board, no parts

    I bought an augen wifi dongle from lt online and they sent me a non working wifi from a no name company. Told to return. I bought the item for Rs 179, after deducting the courier charge, my shipping charge and 10% commission, I get Rs 16. When I sent it to the technician to get it fixed, only the board was there. no parts.when i contacted lt online everything here is like this, what should we do...

        JBL Bluetooth headphones E55BT - order no #315595

        Address: Bangalore

        The item arrived damaged - not yet removed from original packaging. The ear pads are disintegrating like its an old piece.
        Reported on email and whatsapp - they told me go to JBL Harmon Kardon but they say they cannot repair since it is not an audio issue and for other issues authorized dealer - in this case LT Online store has to refund or replace.

        I request a refund or replacement pls /

        We have booked an order on 02nd September 2022 (Order no. 312038) payment also completed at same time but no confirmation given regarding despatch of material no singe call received from your side.

        After continuous follow up every time said material will despatch in 2-3 days and today Mr. Anuj[protected] said that due to increase of price will not give this product to you. No update received from company and this is purely example of fraud online activity from company.

        Request you to please refund our amount at the earliest as Mr. Anuj confirm that after mail company will refund our amount and also company have no rights to hold our amount without giving delivery. Also no seniors number shared by Anuj.

          The fake key for ESET antivirus was sent twice and did not activate the product .
          I sent many mails and WhatsApp regarding this and requested to refund money.
          They did not pick up phone and reply on WhatsApp number .
          Please don't buy any product from this company.
          I did not receive the refund in spite of repeated requests

              This is regarding my recent purchase in your LTonline store.I brought Kaspersky antivirus for Android on 8th August 2022..While iam trying to enter the activation key, it is showing that the key was blocked. Iam furnishing details regarding the same.

                I ordered a product Mc afee total on August 8th protection I told them I don't want and requested a refund I requested for a refund till now they have not initiated my refund my order no 309727.I don't recommend this company and I am highly unstasified .                   Hi, I had ordered Canon E560 Color All in One Inkjet Printer through LT Online Store (Order ID: #[protected]. However, the printer has not been delivered nor have I received the refund. Also, there is absolutely no response from them for over 100 calls since the last 11 months. I believe that I have been scammed by them. The cost of the printer is ₹7, 685.34.

                      Fraud company that cheated many in digital products...please help!

                      I have ordered TP-link EAP 265 Wireless Ceiling point Access point for 11446 and TP-link EAP 245 AC1750. It was done on the website of the LT online store on April 11, 2022, at 11 00 AM. The total order value is 21, 601.08 and the order No is 297866.
                      Its 2 weeks since we ordered it and they have not supplied it though they promised in 2-3 working days. They keep the conversation alive through phone call promising us different things...

                      I ordered a printer catridge on Feb 22 and it is not processed yet . When i tried contacting them via whatsapp, they are not responding properly. I seriously doubt this is a legit company or scamming customers

                        I ordered HP Laserjet 108W (with Wifi) and the printer I received HP Laserjet 108A (Without Wireless). When I asked for a replacement, he was denied and dropped the call without answering. His speech was also rude. Such bad customer service. Delivery was also late.

                          I purchased cartridge during the initial days of carona lockdown as delivery option was available through this LT online store, it's almost 2 years for now, product is not delivered yet neither amount is refunded yet, very poor customer support. I would have checked the reviews before ordering the product. Very worst service provider
