LT Online Store — Canon Printer Not Delivered, Nor Refunded

Hi, I had ordered Canon E560 Color All in One Inkjet Printer through LT Online Store (Order ID: #[protected]. However, the printer has not been delivered nor have I received the refund. Also, there is absolutely no response from them for over 100 calls since the last 11 months. I believe that I have been scammed by them. The cost of the printer is ₹7, 685.34.
