LT Online Store — did not get order information and can't track my order and also the contact number is always busy

This is tarak from west bengal.

Last saturday on dated 27th june 2020 i have ordered one call center headphone with mic and the company was hp, model no - b4b09pa.

And i have been paid the full amount.

After that i got a mail from lt online with invoice.

Now i can't tracking my order, when i going to do the order tracking the site is sawing enter the order id. But i don't know what is order id.
The company (Lt online) doesn't share order id to me.

I have called so many times on your given number, but nobody takes the call and also send a mail but no reply till now.

Let me know this organisation is genuine or not.

Can i expect to get my money back if i cancelled my order but how?

Or can get my order?

Updated by Tanishbhunia I here by inform to all friends who are order or going to order on LT Online, please does not purchase any product from LT Online.

This site(LT Online) is fully fraud and fake site. They are accept order by prepaid system, but did not give you the product.
When any body go to their site showing one mail id which is [protected]@ltonlinestore.in and few contact number +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] this all are fake. You have to call but there are always busy and if you have to mail to the above mentioned mail id but you can not reply any day from that mail id. This site is a trap for earning money in a dishonest way. Please beware on this LT Online site.
