It's more thantwo weeks since i placed the order (Order no.[protected] dated 6th july 2020)
Neither have they sent the item, nor any tracking number, no communication, no updates. It is as if they have just vanished taking my money.
Extremeny frustrating.
There is a general notice on their site, regarding delay due to covid. But when each and every courier is working, is the covid impact them only???
