LT Online Store — no update on order no-#[protected] and no one picks phone as well

As reference to our order no-#[protected], which placed on 2 days back, we have not yet received any updations and dispatch status

They picked the phone once and promised to dispatch the product by may 28 which never happened.

No one pick call, no reply to email. I am not able to understand where to go
