I have ordered logitech webcam c170 from lt online store mumbai on 21st may with order number[protected]. But till day the material is jot dispatched by lt online store.

I have sent series of we mails and also tried to call the land line numbers given at their website regarding dispatch of my order - logitech webcam from the store but there is no response on email or on phone.

Lt online should immediately dispatch the item or if they can dispatch it now then should arrange for refund of the paid amount.

This is completely unprofessional approach of the lt online store mumbai.

Updated by kulram1947 Till day there is no any response from the seller. No any reply to the email sent to their email id and also no any response on the telephone number mentioned in the invoice and at their website.
