Be aware of lt online. I have ordered for Web cam for online lectures on 14th June 2020 and i have been calling after 1 week just to get the update of the status of my order. I have tried all given mtnl nos . From last one week none of the calls has been taken neither the status of My order is changed .It still says processing.

I have been sending mail to the email id mentioned for no of times but i get auto reply As below Lt Online Store

Dear All I personally went to Fort Office LT Online Store. Store is operational from 11am to 4pm due to partial lockdwon and less staff. I have received Web cam by self going there and collecting it. Phone no 91 22 49674828 Lt Catridge\Lt online store alternate no. Those who are not able to connect using other llandline no can use this. Regards Vinay K 9892061744
