LT Online Store — webcam not delivered even after a month | |
I booked a webcam with lt online store on 17th may (Order - #[protected]. Even after a month, i am just seeing the status as "processing". Customer care is pathetic and i have not been able to get anybody online though i have been trying to reach someone for the past 20 days. I have sent 6 or 7 mails to the email id but didn't receive any response. I have sent a final seeking cancellation of order and refund of the amount. Very horrible experience and pathetic service.
