LTFab — did not generate the refund

I ordered a saree online from lt fab worth rs 1350 for which i also paid additional shippung charges also. Material of saree was very cheap so i returned it sending via courier at my expenses. I posted a message on their wattsapp number about the return and also send the picture of vourier receipt. For which they replied that i should send them my bank details and they will generate the refund. I did the same but hey didnot generate the refund for the same.
