Product I received quality is so cheap I want to return it but no any response from company very bad experience from this product

TPCODL Bills made payment on 24.02.2021 in Amazon.in portal but the cash back reward as promised by Amazon of Rs.100/- for each bill payment has not yet been received.In future for such false promise why custumes will believe?

Online buy saree from ltfab... They show one product on her web site... And delivered other poor quality product to me... I open lt fab web site to return saree on first day
But return and refund option not open on lt fab webdite... Next day also i try to return and refund option... But no reply... So i try her whatsapp no but there also no reply... Please help us to return my money

Ordered 2 lehengas from this website on 6th december 2019.

The pictures displayed on the website and what i received were totally different (Fake)- the design, colour, pattern and material were worlds apart and of inferior quality.
Can you please assist me in either getting the original product displayed on their web page or a refund in rupees (Instead of wallet, as i no more wish to purchase anything from such website)

Have already sent an email to lt fab on 13th december, for the same, no response yet.

I got damaged product... It is very low quality product... I want to refund this cheap saree... If this is not possible... I will take step against this fraud company... You should follow the customer satisfaction... U make fool to the customer... No none never trust on you and never response to the customer... How bad you are... How u bad.. U can't imagine

I would like to inform you all this is fake website just making fools to customer, they shows there cloths which is completely different as it looks, while requesting to return back of item they won't respond.
I have buyed one lenhenga from this website they charges 200 rs for delivery, quality of product was too poor while intimating this mez to their customer service via mail, they won't replay as while contacting to customer care on share whats app no. I. E +91 [protected] which is swith off.

I ordered online Lengha but when it came it had dupatta which was short length claimed 2.5m actual 1.5m then we send the parcel back on our own charge then we ordered saree which was delivered but again the details while ordering & actual receipt were totally different

Placed order got horrible and worst clothes.

Before placing the order ltfab told me that if i do not like the product then i can return easily but when i received the product i didn't like its stuff, it cost rs. 1, 549 for a saree and 999 for dress. I did not like the product, when i proceeded to return it then there is only option that i money is not refundable. Even they are not receiving my calls even i have called them more than 100 times. I want my money back. Quality of the product is worst. Cheater ltfab.

customer care number always busy. no body to contact

Once i ordered one saree from this site. It was a low quality one and was not like that shown in site. I asked for refund. I sent the item back to them by courier on my expense. After that they credited the refund to kittan account only. Not to bank.
Which make us to purchase again to utilize it.. This time i purchased a palazzo set with that money. Again problem. They sent a wrong size item. If i ask for refund again it should send to them on my expense and refund will be to their own account. Total fraud.

I purchase a saree for 1499/-. The saree did not match the one shown while purchasing. They commit a easy return policy while purchasing. But the customer care does not respond to any messages after the purchaee. The customer care whatspp status is always online but they do not answer calls nor respond to messages. You can only email them through their website for which they give either give you a ticket number or ask for order number.Any reply from our side to these mails bounce back. This is a case of deliberate cheating. Pray strict action be taken against such traders to protect customers from getting cheated.

Ordered a Saree from online site through COD through sareeflow. Com. I received a saree from the address 46/47 1st floor Jay anand Ind, soc-2 Surat 395002.Gst number given in the parcel is 24BRVPR3463D1 ZG by Laxminarayan Traders Fan. The Gst number too is fake. I don't find a telephone number for them to return the Saree as the ordered Saree and quality is completely different from the one I ordered. When checked Afterglow. Com in that site you I don't find any option where I can return.

I have ordered a saree of cost ₹1499/- on 18march 2019 on lt fab app. But the saree i got was absolutely different to the one i have order, the saree is of poor quality. I have called them a 100times but they neither lift my call nor responded. When i tried to write review on the product i ordered i used to get an icon that your review is submitted but i can't see my review under the product reviews, by this i understood that the whole app was fake, the reviews were fake, the products are also fake. This app is a big fraud. As there was no return policy mentioned in the app which should be mandatory, i have returned the saree by courier to the address they have mentioned in the app and the returning of saree by courier costed me ₹150/-. I thought everything will be clear and i will get back my paid money and courier charges too, but instead of refunding my money into my bank account they refunded it into the lt fab account wallet, which means you will never get your original money back but you can get any other product as exchange. So to speak about this issue i have called the customer service representatives, these representatives will never lift the calls of the number you registered in the app so obviously they didn't lift my call when i rang from my app registered number and when i called from another mobile number of mine now they lifted my call and gave me a phone number and said me to contact that number, when i dialed the number i have come to know that was a wrong number. They just made me a fool.
This is how the online app store lt fab had humiliated and prone me to mental torcher. So i am here to ask you to take strict action against lt fab app and make sure that they refund my money including courier charges into my bank account.

We bought a choli from ltfab while pursuing the product they told it's easy return after we received the product with worst quality and damaged product after buying they are saying that we itself wanna send the product back to there ware house in our shipping charge still there no chanse of return many Time we tried to contact they don't respond yet.they cheated us by showing good quality and given most cheapest product

And am receive the product on 13th march 2019 today. And i follow the return policy. That time they told you receive the product before 14 day. Now can't return. Please give money back. Dear friends don't buy cloth from them i have lossed already 1399 they are fraud people they don't have refund option nor they will respond to our calls they are cheaters kindly if possible punish them the image quality and the saree they are sending worth rs. 100 of road side sarees the reviews are generated by them i think when we want to update it is not at all taking fraud cheater definitely.

I bought one saree and one lehenga on ltfab site. Worst products ever received now they don't receive my calls also and are not refunding the amount also. They say i have to ship the products if i have to exchange i have to bear the cost of courier as well and then money will be credited to wallet. Means these people want me to shop again from their worst site... Can someone plz let me know how to get the money back or file a complaint so that they are permanently closed down. These people will rot in hell for cheating innocent people. Go to hell
