LTFab — return of product is not getting processed

I ordered one saree from this site (https://www.ltfab.com/)and the material is totally bad quality. I want to retrun the product. But the number provided in the site is not reachable. They are active in whatsapp but not replying. Please help me on this. My order number is[protected].
I ordered this on sep 9 and it got delivered on sep 11.
Saree cost is 1399/-
They are active on whatsapp on below numbers but they deactivated the incoming calls : [protected], [protected].
They are also not replying to the mails, the mail mentioned in their site : [protected]@ltfab.com.

Please help me on this.
