I am reisdent of 5/233 vipul khand, gomtinagar. Plots on both the flanks of my house are vacant, without even boundary. This is being use by local slum people for open defecation, garvage dumping. Resulting in intolerable fowl smell and mosquitos menase. Totally unhygenic for residential purpose. It require urgent cleaning and gardening as a temporary measure. At the same time original allottee should be warmed to manage their plots in a way as compatible with a residential area, standards.
