My name is Shivangi Pandey, and I am a resident of Adil Nagar, Kalyanpur, Lucknow.

On the afternoon of December 31, 2024, a Nagar Nigam cow-catcher vehicle arrived in our area and took away Gauri, a young one year old, innocent cow who has been like family to us. We have cared for her deeply, providing her with food and love every day since her childhood. My mother, in particular, was very attached to Gauri and is heartbroken since her capture. She has stopped eating and spends her days crying for Gauri’s return.
We have searched extensively in several gaushalas to locate Gauri but have been unable to find her. She is orange in color and wears a black thread around her neck.
I kindly request you to help us locate Gauri and bring her back to our home. She is a harmless, innocent being, and her absence has left us deeply distressed. Your assistance in reuniting us with Gauri would mean the world to us.

There has been increase of open garbage dumping in the forest trail infront of CSIR CIMAP adjoining kukrail river.
It is spoiling the whole forest area and making it very unpleasing to look and smelly also.

Street lights on the road in front of my house are not working and the roads are left in darkness at night. Its rainy season and there is risk of snakes also. Please repair the street lights.

On 09/04/2024 the dog catchers came and caught two female dogs without any information taking from us if they come after complaint then they have to listen our problem how can you caught randomly any dog those dogs were very kind and also they were my pet .they were very sweet but also there is dangerous dog which are still there so our problems are not solved but they caught our pet ... I'm not too attached with dogs and I'm not dog lover but it is the thing about what is true and fact ... Here are few community who belongs to animal husbandry.here is my actual complaint starts so these communities people use to tie thier animal like buffalos, goats and cows anywhere also they release them any where to get thier food . Thier animal eats crops of people by invading in thier farm...thier animal like goats goes in any house...also after the birth of cows and buffaloes they kill them and throw thier body anywhere in the area... someone complained about it but the police said that they can not take charge because you didn't see anyone throwing animal...but the illegal work of these communities should stop

I am facing an issue related to the car parked in front of my gate. My front neighbour park there 2 cars in front of the gate due to which we face the constant issue of keeping and taking out my car from my porch. We have asked several times not to park in front of the gate but they argue and say it is their boundary where they are parking. My front neighbour has a parking space inside the house yet they park in front of the gate.
Please I humbly request you to take the same serious action against it.

This is to inform you that our locality which is NEELGIRI ENCLAVE (awas vikas colony) situated at Sector 17 Vrindavan Yojna is disturbed by stray dogs. These dogs have made colony their home and at evening/night they chase/bite kids, people resident to the colony. Many people have made complaints about the problem but small set of degenerate minds claim that these dogs are like their kids, but when the dogs bite these degenerate people are found nowhere.

I humbly ask you that what are rules of awas vikas regarding stray dogs, especially when these dogs are causing anarchy.

Thus I request you to catch these stray dogs and make colony peaceful place to live in.

My parents live in jankivihar colony in jankipuram extention.

its near Atal chauraha, behind SPG academy.

there is a dead cat which has been lying-in the colony since 3-4 days .
its rotting, emitting fould smell but has not been cleared.

I am living in vivekanand colony, takrohi, lucknow. there are main problem is road, it is muddy road in rainy seasion it is not easy to go office or school and in summer the dust blow the whole face cover with dust. it is not easy to drive bike on this road but no action have taken by the muncipal department.
there is sewar and its over flow every time i have made many complain but not made by and many house have no driange facility so they are flowing water on the road.
there is very few street light in this area because open sewar hole and pit hole in the road ancy accident happen any time if not any action taken then.

There is govt land as per recored it is pond(talab) in vivekanand colony, takrohi, Lucknow.but some have capture the land and one party have kept 10 to 15 buffallow and throing the dung in open area. in railny season they dung is bad smell and poluting the environment. and other party have start fly bricks in the same land. the dust of raw materail polotion in the air and they have started genset its very noice. kindly take necessary action on them.

निवेदन है की प्रार्थी Ashish kumar s/o Sushil kumar निवासी -H. No-914 प्रकाश नगर रायबरेली द्वारा लखनऊ छेत्र के अंतर्गत NAGAR NIGAM द्वारा विकसित की जा रही सोसाइटी जिसका नाम AHANA ENCLAVE है मे फ्लैट लेने हेतु दिनांक 16 अप्रैल 2022 को आईसीआईसीआई बैंक से आवेदन पत्र को लेकर दिनांक 27 अप्रैल 2022 को रूपये 150000 के साथ आवेदन पत्र को जमा कर दिया | जिसके उपरांत दिनांक 27 अक्टूबर 2022 को विभाग द्वारा सुचना दी गयी की आपका आवंटन स्वीकार कर लिया गया है और आपको जल्द ही आवंटन पत्र लिखित आते पर भेज दिया जायेगा |
किन्तु अनुमानित 01 माह बीत जाने पर प्रार्थी द्वारा उक्त मोबाइल नंबर पर संपर्क किया गया तो उसे सूचित किया गया की उसका आवंटन पत्र अपूर्ण पता होने के कारण वापस आ गया है और आप उसे कार्यालय आकर प्राप्त कर लें ||
प्रार्थी दिनांक 06दिसंबर 2022 को कार्यालय पंहुचा और विभाग कर्मचारी श्री RAJKISHOR जी द्वारा उसको आवंटन पत्र दिया गया, क्यों की प्रार्थी को उस फ्लैट को लेने हेतु लोन की आवस्य्क्ता थी तो उसने पहले ही बैंक से संपर्क कर बैंक द्वारा मांग जो की NOC और BAUNDRY CERTIFICATE के लिए उक्त कर्मचारी से कहा तो कर्मचारी द्वारा लिखित अवदेन देने को कहा गया जिसमे प्रार्थी द्वारा एक लिखित पत्र दें दिया गया किन्तु विभाग द्वारा उस पर किसी प्रकार की कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं की जाने पर प्रार्थी दोबारा कार्यालय मे प्रस्तुत हुआ तो उसे अअस्वासन दिया गया की उसको लिखित पत्र प्राप्त होगा जायेगा जो की 02 माह बाद प्राप्त तो हुआ किन्तु मांग के आधार पर नहीं था तो प्रार्थी द्वारा दिनांक 22 february 2023 को पुनः रजिस्टर्ड डाक द्वारा पत्र भेजा गया जिसका कोई भी जवाब विभाग द्वारा नहीं दिया गया उक्त के आधार पर प्रार्थी द्वारा पुनः 02 माह बाद दिनांक 01अप्रैल 2023 को रजिस्टर्ड डाक द्वारा पत्र भेजा गया उसका भी विभाग ने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया तो प्रार्थी चुब्ध होकर इनके कार्यालय पंहुचा तो उसे सूचित किया गया की AHANA ENCLAVE का कार्य अब NAGAR NIGAM की अन्य शाखा जो की ZONE-08 ASHIYANA ROAD पर है वहा संपर्क करने पर प्रार्थी को एक लिखित पत्र विभाग के डाक विभाग को रिसीव करने को कहा गया और प्रार्थी ने वैसा ही किया भी किन्तु उसका भी कोई जवाब विभाग द्वारा नहीं दिया गया ||
प्रार्थी का लोन पूर्ण दस्तावेज प्राप्त न होने के कारण बैंक द्वारा काम कर दिया गया और बैंक ने 2680000 रुपये की DD बनाकर दें दी जो की प्रार्थी द्वारा दिनांक 09जून 2023 को विभाग के अकाउंट मे जमा करा दी जिसकी जमा पर्ची भी विभाग को रिसीव करा दी और एक लिखित पत्र देकर पूछा गया की उक्त राशि के जमा होने के उपरांत बची हुई धनराशि बता दी जाये जिसे प्रार्थी जमा कर सके किन्तु विभाग द्वारा कोई भी जवाब प्रार्थी को नहीं भेजा गया ||
दिनांक 27 जनवरी 2024 को विभाग द्वारा मांग पत्र भेजा गया जिसमे शेष धनराशि के अलावा रुपये 231629 और 88 पैसे का अतिरिक्त ब्याज भी दर्शाया गाय था जिसके लिये प्रार्थी ने विभाग के कर्मचारी RAJKISHOR व सह कर्मचारी RISHU जी से संपर्क कर जानना चाहा की प्रार्थी पर अतरिक्त ब्याज क्यों लगाया गया है तो पुनः उन्होंने एक लिखित पत्र देने को कहा जिसे प्रार्थी द्वारा दिनांक 05 फरवरी 2024 को विभाग के डाक विभाग को रिसीव करा दिया गया है किन्तु विभाग द्वारा किसी प्रकार का कोई भी संवाद अभी नहीं प्राप्त हुआ है ||
अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है की उक्त लिखित बातो को संज्ञान मे लेते हुए विभाग की कार्य शैली की जाँच की जाये और प्रार्थी को न्याय दिलाया जाये जिसमे उसके द्वारा जमा राशि जो की 2830000 को सुरछित किया जाये और लगे ब्याज की माफ़ी दिलाई जाये जिसमे प्रार्थी की कोई गलती नहीं है ||
