I, colonel jk jauhari, am resident of 16 akanksha, udyan 1 eldeco, lucknow. I have lodged two written complaints about a broken rcc manhole cover between 16-17 akanksha and another just opposite and across the road. The complaints were handed over at jal sansthan office in eldeco shopping plaza.
It is now about two months since the complaint was given but no action has been taken so far,

Please change the sewar dhakkan in Sector - 19/485 and 19/486 indira nagar lucknow

No action seems to have taken place on complaints through this site. Is it a sham? site deserves no star but there is no provision of less than one.

We are residents of Sector-D LDA Colony, Kanpur Road Lucknow-226012.For the last 15 days dirty water smelling very bad is being supplied to us.This water can not be used as drinking water and for other domestic use .We fear for some epedemic may be spread by this water.Kindly improve the quality of water upto drinkable level.
