I live in E-1/092 Sector H, LDA COLONY, Kanpur road, near stella maris school. There is no provision of garbage so people throw their all garbage in the under construction shanti upvan park which is just behind the colony. if proper bins are placed near the colony park will remain clean and colony would be pollution free.

Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention about people of JYOTI ENVIRONMENT started collection of Rs. 40/- from resident of VIRAT Khand Gomti Nagar lucknow on the name of NAGAR NIGAM.
They are only asking for garbage collection and they are
not cleaning outside campus of the house ie. sides of the roads and NALI/seavage in front of each house.
When the house are not clean from front what is the advantage of giving them only our garbage of the house.
Presently we are getting services of a private sweeper who is working here for the last 10 years and doing all cleaning work and we are fully satisfied with his services.
It is not fair and illegal and why we should pay RS 40/- to two sweepers for the same work.
Either they should clean front and NALI of outsides of house ( which comes under Nagar Nigam) as well as collect garbage from the house or we should use old facility that suits to us so that we can pay to only one person.
We should also have a genuine notice fron the office of Municipal Corporation of Lucknow.
Please see into the matter and do the needful.

I am a resident of Halwasiya complex, Faizabad Road. I commute daily between HAL and the Lucknow University. I am pained to inform you that the stretch of road between HAL and Nishatgunj has become a garbage collection point at four places, two in the vicinity of HAL and two near Nishatgunj. These are potential sources of diseases besides the unbearable stink that they raise.

In the public interest may I request you to shift these garbage collection points to lesser populated areas with arrangements of collection bins. This will help reduce pollution, threat of diseses and improve the panaroma of a beautiful city

this is to complaint about JYOTI ENVIRO TECH PVT LTD. they are collecting rs. 500 from us, in the name of nagar nigam and their garbage collecting men and workers are not cleaning and the roads or the drainage outside even also if they drop the garbage while loading on thier cart they refuse to clean it also and talk rudely on requesting them to clean it, i'm the shop owner of sweet shop named Ram Asrey Sweets, ban wali gali chowk, lucknow.i've complained several times to the person concerned and who come for collecting the fee amount.but they don't take any action, they say they are authorised by the nagar nigam for collection of fee and you have to give it necessary.i had never given the money for collecting garbage before in my life and had no complaint ever about this problem but since i've been paying the amount now onwards i was expecting the much imporvement in service but it is worse than ever.the garbage men are spilling garbage here and there and not even cleaning it and talking rudely..., even they refuse to take all garbage they say i'll take only what i want. the nagar nigam's garbage men and sweepers who came before them in earlier time were much better and we don't even pay them 500 rs. !! they clean the roads and drainage and were friendlly too... but this private co. jyoti enviro's men are not acceptable any more.

I live in Vivek Khand 3, Gomtinagar. About two years ago the roads arond the park in front of my house were relaid and interlocking tiles were laid on the land between the road and rain water drains. The problem is this that the level of the drain is higher than the road resulting into waterlogging of the road between house nos. 3/302 and 3/281. This creates nuisance due to water splashig after the rains and mosquito breeding. Can anybody inspect the site and take remedial steps?

It is my painful duty to inform you that, Kindly take reference of my above subject letter dated: 14.07.2011, 15.08.2011. I am a resident of Sector M-814, Aashiana Colony from last 14 years. This is to inform you that the road condition of Aashiana Colony Sector M road is so bad conditions “There has been no development of this road since 16 years.” The road is full of potholes, stones and mud. It is very difficult to even walk on that road. Things become worst in rainy season, whenever it rains there is water logging on the road. Due to the bad road conditions, the auto rickshaw drivers are also not ready to come there. The auto rickshaw drivers complaints that, the road is very bad & we will not drop you there. "It rained for just an hour, but the roads are flooded. We can't step out of our house because the entire road is waterlogged, ''

Moreover, during the Monsoon season, roads convert into swimming pools. There is a lot of water logging, however, no one seems to pay any heed to the situation. Through this medium, I would like to file a complaint against the competent authorities, who are not showing any interest in this area and the situation is getting bad to worst.

I, am a citizen of India, request you on behalf of all the residents of Sector M Aashiana Colony Lucknow to please take some actions to repair the road. We are facing very much difficulty due to this bad road condition.

As everybody know that keeping and breeding of cows and buffaloes in the city residential area is against law. But this law has been taken for granted in RAKABGANJ Area. People keep cows in there house and tie them outside their house in the street ( This cause road blocks, lots of dirtiness and unhygienic environment. Above all lot of bulls roam around fighting in the area posing posing injury and life scare to kids as well as adults in the area. lots of complaints have been lodged already in this regards.but no responce came at last i tried now we r staying kundri rakabganj plz help us out we r really in need...

Sir, In the Model house and in the other near by location there was a great problems of street dogs, cows & buffaloes .Dogs mostly run behind the motor cycles try to catch the men, there was a many cases of children biting there is a huge collection of dogs who sit on road, people, children feel frightened to pass from that road, same position was with cows and buffaloes, now the situation day by day getting worst and risky.
So please as soon as possible sort out this problem.

Garbage — Non-disposal of refusals

The complainant is the resident of L-1475, Sector-I, L.D.A.Colony, Kanpur Road, Lucknow-226 012 ( Tel no. 2421712, 4064228).

A few months back a road was constructed along with channel to drain off the rain water, for which the people had took out all such refusals in order to make the base plain and threw the same in front of our house which is creating a nuisance besides its look odd while passing through it.

Therefore, it is my humble request to you to please make necessary arrangments for its disposal at the earliest, to avoid any future inconvenience like stagnation of rain water etc.

Insanitary Conditions & Encroachments — Insanitary conditions & encroachments

I have written nos of complaints to Dy. Commissioner Karol Bagh Zone M.C.D., about the encroachments, insanitory conditions prevailing in lane of houses comprises of house nos. 70 to 80 nos
of B- block of Inder puri New Delhi - 110 012 under Karol Bagh Zone of M. C. D. ward no 151.
The house no. A-15 falling in front of my house no. B-77, has been given permission to contruct 4th, storey though they do not have parking space to park one vehicle inside their house .They are already having 5 Vehicles & are parking on the road blocking the passage of other houses. This is not the end, one Mr. Mehta is taking out the mulba of his new contruction & is dumping the same in front of house B-78, adjacent to our house & has created insanitary conditions which are prevailing for the last 5months& is not concerened. The matter was brought to the notice of Dy, C ommr. K. B. Zone but of no avail. Once the 4th. storey is completed, the adding of vehicles are going to worsen the present situation. Had the M.C.D. followed the building by laws, such position would have never come across.It appears that the person is having all support of M.C.D. in doing illegal/ s may be with his blessings.

I would only say that, if M.C.D. is not concerned with illegal constructions, at least they must see that there is no problem to the neighbour, either in parking of vehicles especially when we are parking our vehicles inside our house & getting the mulba removed which is creating health hazard condtions.

I am a resident of 25/44 Indira nagar Lucknow (opposite to ICCMRT). I would like to aware you about the problem of garbage improper disposal in my residential area.
In front of my house & behind to ICCMRT a large amount of garbage is present in open space. In rainy season, it emits so foul smell having toxic germs & would cause many types of hazardous communicable diseases in this area but unfortunately nobody has taken any necessary action against it yet.

Therefore I request you to take appropriate steps against this serious problem of garbage collection in this residential area.

I would like to draw your kind attention about people of JYOTI ENVIRONMENT started collection of Rs. 40/- from resident of VIRAT Khand Gomti Nagar lucknow on the name of NAGAR NIGAM.
They are only asking for garbage collection and they are

When the house are not clean from front what is the advantage of giving them only garbage of house.
Presently we have kept a private sweeper who is working here for the last 10 years and doing all cleaning work and we are fully satisfied with his services.
It is not fair and illegal and why we should pay RS 40/- to two sweepers for the same work.
Either they should clean in front of house as well as collect garbage from the house or we should use old facility that suits to us so that we can pay to only one person.
We should also have a genuine notice fron the office of Municipal Corporation of Lucknow.

I wish to draw your attention towards the poor maintenance of roads and electric pole, street lights and drainage system in our area i.e Behind Daddy cool, marble home, sarfarazganj, thakurganj thana, chowk, lucknow.
The roads in our locality have not been repaired for a long time. There are pits and ditches on the roads everywhere. The condition of the road becomes all the worst during the rainy season. They cause people difficulty to move. At night people sometimes fall down due to no street lights and poor road. Moreover, these pits and poor conduit draining system provide breeding ground for the mosquitoes. Thus there is an outbreak of mosquitoes in the area leading to the spread of malaria, dengu etc.
Therefore, I humbly request you to take immediate steps to correct the above mentioned problems as soon as possible.

I, on behalf of the residents of the Campwell Road, Behind Exon School, Rifa Colony have the honour to invite your attention to the insanitary conditions prevailing in our ward.

In the absence of proper arrangement, the sanitation in our locality has become a store house of filth, Polythenes and dirt. The streets remain un-swept for weeks together and rubbish is gathered in heaps at street corners. Drains, too, have not been cleaned for quite a long time. They have become a breeding place for flies and mosquitoes.

in past day a calf has been found dead on the middle of the road and it remained there today itself with its flesh being smelled by the students of the schools nearby paasing from that road.

Plz take this mattern in your humble concern as it is the matter of the infection of the school kids paasing nearby that garbage.

We have brought these things to the notice of the Area Health Supervisor and the Sanitary Inspector but to no apparent result. If immediate steps are not taken in this connection the insanitary conditions may become a serious threat to the health of the residents of this locality.

I would therefore, request you kindly to look into the matter personally and make necessary sanitary arrangements in the locality.

I am a residual of 12 Jopling road Lucknow and I want to draw your attention towards the increasing number of dogs in our area.Nowadays the menace due to stray dogs in my locality has been unbearably increasing, whenever anyone carries bag or some packet the dogs starts to follow that person.I am really worried about it as kids like me are not able to move around in my locality.Children going to school are the ones really affected as they get frightened by these dogs.These dogs run across the roads in groups and obstruct the moving traffic, especially the two-wheelers. These dogs spill all the contents of trash bins and spread them throughout the road.the number of dogs increases during night time they block the road.I request the concerned authority to put an end to this peril and bring us relief as soon as possible.
I'll be very grateful if the dog catcher will be send within a weeks time in our area and in night time(during daytime less dogs are in our area).I hope my complaint will be looked upon and
strict action will be taken as soon as possible.

I would like to tell you about an accident of to day morning, i was coming to my office through indira nagar near salimar cauraha, a dog attacked me and my bike slipped and i fell down. with in no time there ware 4 more dogs came and attacked on m. my jacked is torned out and even my shirt too. people near by rushed to help me and i was saved. though i was injured.I manged to escape some how...
