I brish bhan singh, a customer of your service want to inform you that online tax payment method is good but i have faced one problem and need your help.
Actually when i was paying my house tax online on 24th july at (Imp. Up. Nic.in) on the payment page there was some problem. After clicking on (Make payment) the page where we need to choose the mode of payment as usual i chose the last option (Upi) but after filling my details when clicked (Make payment) then the page where 5 min time is given to initiate payment did not show up and the same mode of payment page refreshed but i received the message asking for payment in my bank app then i thought something is wrong so i didn't pay and rejected the request and then i reopened my house tax then again when i did the same process the same problem occurred but this time i made the payment and money got deducted from my account but it did not show up in the house tax payment details... So i want you to kindly help me with my query...
