Lucknow Nagar Nigam — cows roaming on the road

I am living in khajuha near do bail mandir. Here, the cows are roaming here and there as the owner (Ram singh) use them for selling the milk to earn money and then release them to roam. There are many who are doing this bussiness o[censored]sing cow for their means. Cow's dung is scattered on the road which creates a foul smell. Especially during the rainy days people face problems to ride vehicles. The kids got hit once by a mad cow. So please look into the matter as soon as possible.
