Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Dengue and Zika Virus mosquitos in my area due to blocked drainage

Many residents are constructing houses over past one year in my area and have blocked the drainage and dumping of garbage in the vacant property in front of my house due to which there have been a large number of mosquitos and it's larva in the blocked drains. With increase in the cases of Dengue and Zika virus I am afraid for the health of my family and kids at home. Please take immediate action to curb the humongous rise in mosquitos in my area and clear the blocked drains.
