Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Door to door garbage collection unfair charging | |
Resident of sector 12, Vikas Nagar, Lucknow. The garbage collection man visiting our locality is charging me Rs 100 per month. My house has ground and first floor and my sister is living with me after her husband's demise. The charges collecting person is charging me Rs 100 for ground floor and, Rs 100 for first floor. I have explained to him that charges are applicable from one house unit upto first floor but he has threatened me that if I do not pay Rs 100 separately for ground and first floor he will not collect waste from tomorrow. Please clarify the rule position and if demand of garbage collector is unjustified then take action and inform me accordingly. Thanks and regards Was this information helpful? | |
