Lucknow Nagar Nigam — drainage choke leading to back water problem in house

Drainage system is not at all clean and same is pending since very long time.

We have requested multiple times but no result so far. Bad
Water from outside our premises has back flow to our premises which is leading to problem in our house and bad smell.

I would urge municipal corporation to kindly take a note of it and and support to get the same the same resolved asap.
