Dear sir, As per 5 persons are suffering from acute dengue. One person is hospitalized in sgpgi lucknow, and other's are taking treatment in private hospitals. Many peoples are suffering from viral fever. Fogging work not conducted hole season. Fogging m/c came on dated 25/09/2016 in 5.30 pm., but return back without fogging, telling that fogging m/c. Is not working. So please arrange to fogging work being done immediately as soon as possible, for saving from dangerous dengue decease. Thanks. Residencies of satyalok colony sitapur road lucknow.
