Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Garbage collector issue

I am residing at chowk area thawai tola patanala lucknow where garbage collector are creating issue as they are not coming on time to collect door to door garbage, they come only 4 or 5 am in the morning at that time all people are sleeping so i request you to please allign them for working hours when people are comfortable to give their daily garbage
