Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Horse husbandry in front of my house

Address:261/56A Sarai aghameer opposite nainital bank nakhas. Lucknow

My neighbour is nursing a horse and many more pets infront of my door on the road side, which is becomin a problem for us because all the ### and dirt he does is unhygienic for all living here.
Plz consider our problem seriously and help me in keeping my area clean and hygenic
