Lucknow Nagar Nigam — House mutation not done

I have raised a house mutation request on 3rd January 2022 my reference I'd is 8589/OL/9157C42208 but my request is still pending my payment is done by check and completed they said it will get complete in 90 days but it has been more then 90 days.please complete the mutation.
