I'm ghayas khan owner of house no. 219/5 patanala, chowk by inheritance after my father, moinuddin khan's death. Small part of the inherrited house is occupied by me, in rest azeemuddin khan has been residing with his family on the basis of humanity and not tenantship. The house is more than100 years old and is in very ruined and declining condition. The house is situated on the main road of patanala, it can collapse and harm people and property anytime. It has become a threat to occupiers' and other area residents' life and property day and night. Other area residents have been asking me to demolish it but occupier seem reactionless and stubborn on this matter, he isn't willing to move in any condition. This has made me helpless.
Kindly help me out with this fatal situation and demolish the house to avoid any calamity.
