Lucknow Nagar Nigam — house tax online payment is blocked as registered number is failing

Address: KANPUR ROAD, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226012

Hi sir, we used to submit our house tax to lucknow nagar nigam offline. But since we are out of town, we want to use the online service. We are not sure that any mobile number is registered for house id: 9157f12876
And if registered we are unable to retrieve it. Can you please brief me the process to update the registered it or how can else i login the account at lmc. Nic
