Lucknow Nagar Nigam — House tax paid on line but not received receipt.

Address: 14/218, Vikas Nagar Lucknow.

I have received a SMS from lmc (AX-LMCHTX) asking me to deposit my house tax they have provided a link to deposit on line house tax
https://lmc.up.nic.in/ts/84b4e46e0cdT. The house tax amount asked to pay was Rs.3435.00.
I have paid asked amount on 11 April 2021 through given on Line Link.
But I have received a message from lmc that your payment is pending with Bank please contact your bank. I have contacted my Bank (UCO Bank) the have Informed me that the Rs.3273.00 was transferred to that lmc account on 11 April 2021. I have print my passbook where this deduction is clearly shown.
I have still receiving messages from lmc to deposit house tax.Due to current CORONA crisis I am not able to visit L.M.C offices.
there fore I am requesting you to Kindly do the needful so I can get my payment receipt.
