Lucknow Nagar Nigam — House Tax paid online but not credited to my House ID | |||
I have paid House Tax for my House with ID no.9157A18522 amounting to Rs.1914.00 on 7th July 2021 ONLINE through the portal of LNN. The payment was made through the Net banking facility of my mother's HDFC A/c. While payment has got deducted and has NOT been returned - the payment is not reflecting in the HOUSE ID and payment of House Tax is still showing as pending. I have tried to contact the concerned person Mr. Varun in computer department but no action has been initiated even though I have provided complete information. Please help in the matter.
