Lucknow Nagar Nigam — huge number of cows

There are lot of cows roaming around my house, they create lot of rubbish with cow dung, always sit on my main gate which causes problem for us to enter and exit the house. All cows come and sit at the main entrance of my house every night, plus they all create lot of noise all the time. Please help us by catching these cows from the area.
