Lucknow Nagar Nigam — I am complaining about broken drainage lines and overflow of sewage blocking the roads

Sir this is to inform you that the drainage lines (nali ) is broken from the past 3 months and it’s very unmanageable now due to rain conditions since all the sewage from the drainage has blocked the roads and nobody is able to pass from there I am attaching the photos of broken drainage . Also one house has put his pvc pipe for water supply from inside the drainage which is also blocking the wastage and leading to overflow of drainage lines please help us to suggest some solutions to it and see the attached photos kindly
It’s very inconvenient now to pass from that thin gali. And also very unsanitary since it can bring lots of diseases to our locality.
